This pizza pan is constructed from heavy gauge aluminum and features a hard anodized surface to provide optimal strength, durability, and heat distribution. The ultra-hard, oxidized aluminum surface provides a protective dark gray cooking surface that will not chip, peel or rust and makes care easy. It is not recommended to exceed a baking temperature of 450 F. To clean, simply wipe clean and after use; soap and water or okay to use. Dry pan completely, after cleaning.
