I like this little pillow very much. Can't imagine it can do such powerful massages. I use it on my shoulders, neck, back and really feel good after. I think it is even better than those thousand-dollar massage chair because you can actually choose the positions where you want to. I also like the heat function. The only downside of it is that it can only work 20 minutes a time due to some self-protection. I usually have to restart it again after 20 minutes therapy with some worry that it might be burned being working over time. Overall, very good product, highly recommended.

Works well!

Strengths: Comfy, you can use it anywhere, very portable, massages very deep

I tried my friend's massage cushion and loved it, but did not want to spend quite so much or have to store something so big. This is nice because I can use it on the couch while I'm reading or watching TV. It is very easy to place it wherever you need it, from the top of your neck to your lower back to your thighs. The massaging action is quite deep and you can adjust this by how hard you push on the pillow. Lie back and it is will be deeper, sit lightly on it and it won't be as hard. I have fibromyalgia, so I get very sore, but am very sensitive to massage. I have been careful to sit back lightly on the pillow and it does not seem to be too hard. After using for a couple weeks, I have noticed an improvement in my back pain, along with tension headaches from my neck. This is easier to use on your neck than the cushion version. I just wish that it got a little warmer, but it does heat up a bit and that makes the massage even nicer.

Better than expensive products

Strengths: Compact, convinent and worked

Weakness: run with A/C only

After having baby, I keep feeling my right arm sort from time to time. This product provided me a soft massage I need.
Even my nanny likes it.
It is better than the expensive massage chair or pad. Because these pad and chair don't fit me.

HoMedics SP-10H Shiatsu Neck Pillow

Strengths: Heat and massage, Price, Portability

Weakness: None so far

The HoMedics SP-10H Shiatsu Neck Pillow is a real godsend for my Dad. He received this for Christmas and very much enjoys the massage and heat it delivers. He uses it mostly on his upper back near his neck but it can be used anywhere you desire. The unit is easy to use, very portable, and carries the HoMedics brand name. All in all this is a very good product for the price. Recommended.

HoMedics Shiatsu Neck Pillow, SP-10H, 1 ea.

Strengths: This is a great massage tool that provided the right amount of pressure. It simulates actual shiatsu massage movements with heat. The tool is ideal for lower back massage when sitting down.

Weakness: The heat is not warm enough. The distance between two sets of massage balls is not wide enough for adequate shoulder massage.

I have recommended this product to several of my family members. In fact, they tried my product and want to purchase their own. So I went online and found PriceGrabber offers the product review, merchant info, bonus discount.
