Beautiful, Durable Cookware
Strengths: These pieces are polished so shiny they look like sterling silver. Cleaned up very easily, look like new still and cook evenly.
Weakness: Haven't encountered any, other than making me want to cook - and eat - more often.
A friend has been using these for over five years and hers still look new. I used a skillet to pan-fry a steak then made a reduction/sauce. Usually I'd have a burned-on mess in the pan but these cleaned up to look like new with very little effort. The meat cooked evenly and quickly.
