Tajine cooking
Strengths: This is classically styled tagine with French technology in the pottery. Use it at low heat on the hob and the results are super. You can get surface crazing but this does not affect the results.
Weakness: None. Read the instructions and DO NOT WHACK THIS ON HIGH.
After our original tagine died, we got the Emile Henry, Read what the instructions say and enjoy the cooking results. You do not have to follow all the classic recipes if you don't want to but invent and enjoy your own take.
