Great Knife, But Pricey

Strengths: sharp blade, balanced, full tang, slices through tough vegetables with ease.

High Quality...

Strengths: Versatile, sharp, well balanced cutlery

Weakness: None

High Quality Craftmanship.Extremely sharp and versatile knife for my wife's kitchen. I was skeptical of premium priced cutlery, but now even I appreciate the quality results with this knife. Food Channel was the original source of my wife's interest in this general type of Wusthof knife. This specific model fit the bill perfectly.

Great knife, a must-have for every kitchen

Strengths: Very sharp. Easy to release sticky slices; Great construction

Although it is quite pricey, you do not need to buy another...
