Strengths: Quiet, economical (depending on cat savvy)

This is the first fountain I tried for my cats. It works pretty well as long as you clean it regularly and make sure to clean out the fur that tends to gather by the pump. Finally my cats can have fresh water and I don't need to change the bowl a million times a day. I have 5 cats and I noticed before that they weren't really drinking water. The Best Water Fountain for Cats
Strengths: The motor is quiet and it delivers a constant stream of filtered water
Weakness: Motor should be taken apart every time it is cleaned to prevent impeller from being tangled up in cat hair and burning out the motor too soon
My five cats all love this fountain. They like to drink directly from the stream as it flows down the slope. I purchased the medium size first but I was refilling it too often. The large size is perfect. I clean out the motor every time I clean it. It is not difficult at all to take it apart and it extends the life of the motor. I leave it running all the time and have never had a problem with it.
